Reprints and Garment Replacement Policy

To ensure accurate prints, F4mily Matters will provide the customer with a digital "proof" or "mockup" of the garment and design before any printing occurs. The customer is responsible for visually checking the proof for errors. The customer should review the artwork, spelling, location, size, and all other details contained in the proof.

When the customer approves the proof, they are agreeing and certifying that all information contained in the proof is correct. No printing will take place until the customer approves the proof.

Due to variations in monitors and other factors, colors displayed on the customer's screen may not match print colors exactly.

If a printing error occurs resulting in a misprint, F4mily Matters will reprint the garment at no cost to the customer. If the garment was purchased through F4mily Matters, it will be replaced with an exact duplicate garment. If the exact garment is not available for any reason, the customer will be provided with a comparable substitution garment.

F4mily Matters is not responsible for replacing garments provided by the customer. If the customer provides their own garment and an error causes a misprint, the customer will be responsible for providing a replacement garment, at their own expense.

Approval of the proof constitutes acceptance of these policies.
